Thank you for showing an interest in joining the Good Tenants' Scheme. You are taking the first steps to easier mobility within the private rented sector.

The Good Tenants' Scheme is FREE! But, here are some other reasons for joining.

• We provide a full tenant referencing service, usually within 14 days of receipt of the application form.

• Our full time Tenancy Support Worker provides advice and assistance to tenants who are accredited or working towards accreditation.

• All tenants who are accredited, or who are working towards accreditation, have access to the Private Accommodation Deposit Scheme (PADS), provided certain criteria are fulfilled.
