Thank you for showing an interest in joining the Good Tenants' Scheme. You are taking the first steps to easier mobility within the private rented sector.

The Good Tenants' Scheme is FREE! But, here are some other reasons for joining.

• We provide a full tenant referencing service, usually within 14 days of receipt of the application form.

• Accredited tenants can be referred to the Open Door Project, furniture resource centre, provided certain criteria are fulfilled

Before applying to the scheme please download and read the application notes file, it contains important information on what happens to an application once it has been submitted. All prospective applicants are encouraged to read this before requesting an application form.
